While buying store brands or generic products is OK for certain products, doing this for chocolate morsels is NOT! When I take the time to bake, I need to use the best available products. My baking is a reflection on me and I take that seriously. Nestle's Semi-Sweet morsels are the best--hands down!

I just made a batch of chocolate chip cookies, I added some dark chocolate chips as well. I also like to add some white chocolate chips to my recipe...you use to have the raspberry chips that my husband loved but I can't seem to find them anymore...will you bring them back?

Nestles's chips "ALL FLAVORS" are so easy to use and amazing flavors to every dish. At the holidays I make several flavors of fudge. I use every flavor chips you make and that are available in my grocery stores - At our Fall Festival, the kids and parents see many plates of Fudge on the prize table at the Cake Walk ~ and the line gets really huge when they see someone walk by with a dish of my flavorful Fudge, made with NESTLES' Chips.

I used the morsels in the classic Toll House cookie recipe. The cookies came out perfect and what I love most about the morsels, is the taste. They have just the right amount of sweetness and the consistency also after the cookie is baked, made the final result yummy and totally addictive. I noticed something different with the semi-sweet morsels as far back as last January but thought it was something I did wrong and simply ignored it; I mostly use the chips throughout the year to make cookies. Except for Christmas. I use about ten large bags for various fudge, almond roca and other candies to give away as gifts. I just made the almond roca to take to a party but the chips never melted, it was horrible as I didn't have time to re-make them. I was embarrassed to say the least, they looked so terrible. My request is to return to the original recipe or add a product line that gives me what I need. I just went to the store and bought some Baker's semi-sweet squares because I know they melt, i've got a lot of baking left to do!

The things and recipes you can use the morsels in are so many. I love trying new recipes all the time and the recipe must have Nestle's in it. I am losing my sight so my recipes have slowed somewhat but at any given time you will find several bags of them in my fridge. Thank you for a great product.

When baking cookies I use nothing other than Nestle Semi Sweet morsels. They can always be dependable for the quality. At Christmas I bake 80 dozen plus cookies. Sounds like an outrageous amount but I send to our children, grandchildren ,neighbors, and friends. I also use other flavors and have the same great results.

For 35 years I've been making fudge with this brand. No more. After numerous attempts, the conclusion is the product has indeed changed and literally ruins the fudge as it won't melt. I have no clue what you've done, but I won't be using Nestle again.

As far as I am concerned, there is nothing better than semi-sweet chocolate morsels to make yummy desserts of all kinds - my favorite chocolate chip cookies, sprinkled into muffins or pancakes, stirred into brownies, melted as a glaze for cakes, ganache for truffles and so many other things! Love, love, love them.

My family and I have been using Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips to make fudge for over 50 years. Now the chips won't melt completely and the fudge tastes bland. I've made two different batches and bought the chips at two different stores. You have lost a long time customer.
