I've ALWAYS used Nestle chips. I've made chocolate covered peanut butter balls at Christmas for years. Always melt the chips in my double boiler and dunk them in there. Then refrigerate. Usually when I take them out of the refrigerator & put on a tray for parties they're fine for a long time. This year the chocolate got soft after just a few minutes! Very disappointing!

I have tried other chocolate chip products, but these have always been my favorite. They are semi-sweet which is perfect for me because I don't like for things to be deathly sugary. They melt really well if you're trying to use them in that way. Of course they work best in cookies and give them that gooey goodness. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. I made a Mississippi Mud Cake and added extra semi-chocolate pieces to the cake batter. I took the cake to a social and everyone just loved the extra flavor it added to the cake. Can't wait to try more recipes. Also, I love eating them as is for a quick chocolate fix.

My wife uses these NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chcolate Morsels in her home made Oatmeal Cookies. Not only do Kids love it but eveyone wants to get their hands on her cookies. They love the "gooiness" of the Chcolate morsels. WOW ! You should look at their faces at their first bite !

The chocolate works well in any recipe calling for chips or chunks. Creamy, semi-melted, rich chocolate flavor. They also melt easily for making fudge or dipping ends of cookies. I've been baking over 60 years and have never been disappointed with Nestle's chocolate chips. They are the only kind I buy. Thanks for a consistently great product.

The chocolate tasted very rich and creamy with a great chocolate flavor. I usually use store brand chips, but I won't anymore!! I highly recommend trying NESTLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS!

I have been baking for 20 plus years and know how to melt chocolate chips. These however do not melt properly in the microwave so instead of getting a nice glossy liquid to put over my bars I end up with a dry, grainy mess. The only rescue is adding shortening which should not have to be done when the proper technique is used in the first place. Something is seriously wrong here, please please fix it. Taste is ok but texture is grainy. If Hershey's can get it right, so can you.

When I get ready to make cookies, I find that my husband (who is a dark chocolate fiend) has already broken into the bag and eaten the morsels while watching TV! There are no other products to compare to the Nestle morsels -- they melt perfectly, always taste delicious, and come packaged in so many varieties!

I was originally trying to find out why the chip packages have gone from 12to 12.5, and now to 10 oz. After reading so many reviews about the taste, etc., I have decided to return all 12 bags of chips before I ruin all of my fudge. I haven't bought them for over 2 years so the size was s real surprise, but workable. The bad flavor reviews are a no go for me. I'd rather spend more for my already expensive fudge.
