Just tried 3 bags trying all your tips etc. got giant brand and needed no tricks just worked. Im no baker, my wife is but watching her struggle to make a treat for a 4 year old class take all night for a 20min treat. Only to find you have been BSing people for years. Normally we use giant brand but new store down street made us pick up your product. Testing yours vs theirs your missing more of some oil, significantly more Btus required by your product to create a hard paste. At a measured 110 product is paste, at 150 almost liquid, at 160 totally scorched and ruined. Show me the required surface area, source temp, ambient temp,average enthalpy of environment surrounding the chocolate btu's required per cup and stir rate used in that lab! Good for cookies sure but please disband documentation regarding melting to liquid. Best regards,

We have been using these for years. They are a family tradition. When we open a bag we immediately think of family traditions and holidays. I highly recommend them.

I always keep at least one bag in my pantry to either make toll house cookies or to add to other recipes to elevate them. I melt them to make fudge, drizzle them over sweet banana bread or make Christmas crack any time of the year. I also eat them right out of the bag but don't tell anyone.

I am using the less expensive brands. I was at Walmart this week and they want almost $10.00 for the largest bag of your chocolate chips. I can no longer afford you folks! I joined about 20 years ago. I thought this website would give me coupons occasionally. I have lost interest in your emails. Shame on you folks.........

the best fudge ever that I made was with Nestle Toll House semi-sweet choc morsels and / or the butterscotch, or mint flavored morsels. Mix a package of morsels with a can of choc frosting - melt together and pour in a 8x8 pan and refrigerate til harden and then cut into pieces. Simple and really good.

These semi-sweet chocolate morsels are the ones my mother and grandmother used for Tollhouse Cookies when I was a kid. I look forward to making some for my granddaughter. I received this product free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.

I used my bag to bake a batch of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies for my family. I have attached a photo. By the time I reached for my camera to take a photo, there were about a dozen cookies remaining on the plate. They went fast. My family practically inhaled them! I've been making Toll house chocolate chip cookies for 53 years. I made some last night for my coworkers and noticed when I took them out of the oven the chocolate chips weren't melted and gooey like they used to be. I tried a cookie and notice the chocolate wasn't as good tasting. And as far as eating them out of the bag, forget it as they have a strange tasted now. Grainy as some other customers have described them. Bring back the original formula!

As a "responsible" grandma, my granddaughter and I don't always make sweets together, but when we do, a great chocolate chip cookie includes Nestles Semi Sweet and Nestlés Milk Chocolate Chips. We have such fun mixing up the dough and baking assorted size cookies. Plus my granddaughter gets to take home some of her own creation and share with Mom and Dad. Mmmm memories.
