I have always used Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips for my cookies, but no more. Not since I discovered they have a bio-engineered ingredient, which is probably a chemical called Pyrazine, which makes any food or substance addictive and is not good for your health. Same addictive chemical that is in cigarettes!!

I made a Mississippi Mud Cake and added extra semi-chocolate pieces to the cake batter. I took the cake to a social and everyone just loved the extra flavor it added to the cake. Can't wait to try more recipes. Also, I love eating them as is for a quick chocolate fix.

We were recently in Florida and had a craving for chocolate chip cookies. My sister and I went to the store and purchased the ingredients and went home and started baking. We baked a few cookies at a time so we could enjoy hot cookies straight from the oven. I enjoy using all the chips available. I bake Oatmeal Skotchies, Chocolate cookies with the white chips, Peanut Butter chips in white or chocolate cookies. I will use them all and try anything at least once.

I have tried "off brand" chips for my chocolate chip cookies. I will never do that again. These are quality chips. I tend to "borrow" a few as I am mixing the dough together. I alternate using the milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate and mini chips in my cookies.

The toll house pie is a must every Thanksgiving. My sister in law has a large family that join together for the holiday. Since I work on the holiday I cook something for her to take. Chocolate is a stable for them. This pie is fought over. I now send several over but someone always tries to hide one to take home to their house. Easy to make and always a hit at party

Nestle Toll House Morsels are a staple in my pantry. We use then to make homemade Trail Mix a little more fun; we melt them and add them to pancake batter to make delicious Chocolate Pancakes; I use them in cookies, atop my cakes and as the integral part of my amazing Chocolate Chip Pie; and my kids eat them right out of the bag! Our pantry is never without a full container of Nestle Tol House morsels!

We have used these morsels to cover nuts every year for Christmas for over a decade. This year we have ruined 3 batches because the morsels aren't melting smoothly like they used to. We thought at first we had old morsels so we bought another bag. Those did the same thing. We are not doing anything differently than past years. Very disappointing

I serve in a Kairos prison ministry, and twice a year we spend 3 days inside a high security prison sharing God's love. We use about 5-6 thousand dozens of home baked cookies to help show the love. Chocolate chip are by far the most popular. ( And yes, it is 5-6 THOUSAND DOZENS.
