Best semi-sweet chips for making memories!

Nestle Tollhouse is about quality and fun, and I remember that special yellow bag being a staple for baking and snacking in my home as a child. Now that I have kids of my own, we are making our own special memories with Tollhouse chips, and I hope they will be held as dear as those from my own childhood!

What's not to love?

I'm 68...I do not remember when the Nestle' semi-sweet chocolate morsels, aka chocolate chips, came into my life! My Nana always had the Toll House cookies in the cookie jar...my Mom made treats with them...I still bake with these little bits of bliss! Holidays are coming and the ever favorite Toll House cookie will reign supreme one more!

The Very Best

Sometimes I will try to save money by buying store brand chocolate chips, but I always return to Nestle Toll House. The flavor is the best: a deep, rich chocolate with no bitterness. Also, the other brands are often dried out and have a powdery residue, while Nestle Toll House are always fresh. When you want the best, buy Toll House!

Delicious and easy

I make tons of dozens of these every holiday because they are so darn good. Plus, I make them for my staff, mail lady, sanitation guys, water guy....you get the point. I bake them on a pan that I don't ever use for anything else, bake them at 375, but I only bake them for 7 to 8 minutes. I package them asap to keep them soft.

Ingredients have changed

I'm not sure how after reading all these reviews Nestle says that haven't changed a thing. I mostly eat a few chips a night. I like to eat two at a time and let them melt in my mouth. The taste has changed. I swear they have coconut oil in them. The taste is not good. I will not be buying these chips anymore. I will miss the old Nestle chips.

Baking with My Grandmother

Ever since I was a child helping my Grandmother bake chocolate chip cookies Nestle's Morsels have been my favorite -- and I like the flavors introduced since that time. I think I would like cinnamon also if you would take a flavor suggetion for the future.

Won't melt since 2016

Had to change my recipe and went to gharadelli chips. Don't waste your money on these. They added cellulose or something to keep them from melting. Won't admit it to us as I have called. Put the glob in the bag and return to store. Let them eat that junk choc. 50 year old recipe, no changes tomy recipe.

Great taste -mighty morsel

I've tried other brands to save on cost, but end up flat tasting or need more product to get the results IF I just would've stayed with Nestle Tollhouse Morsels!! No more cutting corners -for the best results I'm staying with my tollhouse chocolate chips!!

Nothing beats the original!!!

I received a free bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels to try & review. I'm already very familiar with this product but have never used them to bake with. I decided to make some chocolate chip filled crescent rolls for Sunday dessert. I could instantly smell the wonderful scent of chocolate! The morsels were the perfect size and had the right amount of sweetness. And they melted perfectly. I will be buying these again! *I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.*

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR PRODUCT???

We have used Nestles Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels for decades, DECADES in my husband's fudge. He is known from one end of TX to the other for his fudge. If a batch isn't right, it goes in the trash. For the first time, last year, we had to deal with the centers of the morsels that wouldn't melt. We are not cooking them differently, the temp when they go in the mixture is not different. THE PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT. Are you outsourcing to CHINA? Paraguay? I had to go out and buy HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS. We don't want Hersheys, it changes the taste of my husband's fudge. We tried a single package of Nestles again months later and it melted as it always has. I just went out and bought many, many large bags of Nestles because my husband makes his fudge for lots of friends during the holidays and the Lillie Russell Memorial Library's annual Santa's Bake Shop cookie sale has requested his great fudge at their fundraiser for the last two years. Now, I have to go out and buy many, many bags of Hershey's so his fudge won't have tiny, unmelted lumps in it because those won't be allowed out of the house. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THE NESTLE'S TOLL HOUSE SEMI-SWEET MORSELS?????
