Nestle Toll House semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels remain a staple in my pantry. A big bonus is the Toll House recipe on the back of the bag so you don't even have to hunt around for your recipe. The cookie dough is so versital. You can dress it up with cranberries, nuts or mix in white chocolate or both. Put some cookie dough in a desert cup and bake. Top with ice cream and a strawberry for fancy deserts. It's all good.

I just threw away candy I made and went to store to buy new ingredients including another bag of Nestle semi sweet. After this batch of candy is ruined as well I googled and found out the Cacao or beans are so low (35-42) that it's the culprit in making my recipe too sweet. All the ingredients are sweet enough and if you want semi sweet (bitterish) to even out all the other sweet ingredients I would buy Ghirardellis 60%. Too bad Nesltle has changed their ingredients or quality or % as they used to be the best for all my cooking experience. I used to pop them in my mouth and get that wonderful bitter surprise. Now their like milk chocolate and just too sweet for baking and candy making with other sweet ingredients.

I grew up having chocolate chip cookies as an afternoon snack. My Mother's cookie jar was always full of the tasty treats. When my Mother passed away, 20 years ago, her first grandchild asked for the cookie jar. I told him he would have to wait his turn. I'm now 70 years old and for Christmas last year, I made my famous Nestled concoction cookies and wrapped the cookie jar and gave it to him for Christmas. I enclosed a note telling him he now had to pass on the tradition of a cookie jar full of Nestled chocolate chip cookies.

Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels are the BEST! I love to use them when making Buckeye Bars. The smooth and creamy texture makes it easy to spread. I have tried other brands, and nothing meets the taste of Nestle! Nestle is a brand you can trust.

I have baked with Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels since I started baking, 40 years ago! Nestle Chips are my go-to semi-sweet morsels. If I don't have Nestle, then I make a special trip to the store OR I don't bake at all! I can taste the difference between Nestle and any other semi-sweet chip. Hands down....Nestle's Semi-Sweet Morsels have the best flavor and texture!!!! Nestle always has been and always will be a MUST for me and my family!!!!!!!

I am very happy to review this product. I have a allergy to soy, gluten, etc. Soy is in every chocolate including your chips. I have used your regular chips my whole life. It took me a while to see that your 53% had NO SOY.... No other chip taste the same NONE..... Your product allows me to have some good chocolate. I am a good cook, having celiac as well was quite a blow, but then soy, made it more difficult. Since cooking defines me I decided to show people that I could make food taste just the same even though I have celiac and soy allergy. Desserts are my favorite, chocolate my passion. With your 53% cacao you have allowed me to make my favorite desserts without anyone knowing the difference. I teach a class in my town, and share all my recipes which include no flour and no soy, that was a hard task at first, your product help me get back to my passion, cooking. It has been a tradition to make Toll House cookies with Semi-Sweet Choc Morsels from the time I can remember. My family has enjoyed many hours of fun fixing the dough and baking the cookies. I love Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels. I often eat these right ouf the bag as a snack when I am craving chocolate, but do not want all the calories of a candy bar. They are also great in many recipes or added to ice cream for a great snack for the kids. Definitely a great product and I would recommend to others for their recipes.

I always use Nestle chocolate chips in my baking and snacking. Their consistent smooth and rich flavor makes everything just a little better. My children are grown now, but warm chocolate chip cookies will always be their favorite no matter what age they get.
