Have been taking these for the past week and am looking forward to continuing, as I need the extra vitamin boost working with children.

Not good tasting, very tough little rubber balls that are not easy to chew. No berry flavor, tasteless. Has none of the texture of other gummies by other supplement brands. WILL not buy this brand again. Texture of a rubberband and unappetizing appearance. Takes 2 per day to total one dose.

There is no aftertaste so they're enjoyable to take. As we get older it seems harder for us to swallow the bigger horse pills so I look for a gummy or a chewable. The fact that this is a multivitamin I don't have to take a bunch of vitamins to make up what I can do in one chewable. There is over a hundred days worth in this bottle. I'm excited to see the results I'm hoping I get more energy.
