One never knows for sure the extent of positive impact of supplements, but the Supplement Facts per product label is impressive with multiple basic nutritional daily needs - nothing too off-the-wall that I had to research to find out what was in the vitamin. The flavor, consistency, & size of vitamin gummie were all fine. These features pale in importance to me versus the actual nutritional makeup of the vitamins. I would both recommend this product to others as well as purchase again myself. I have purchased other Vitafusion products in the past and have always been satisfied.

There was a slight aftertaste but that could have been due to taking right after brushing teeth. Overall, continued use will tell in how I feel taking the vitamins.
