I don't know if I felt different but its nice to have that nutrition cushion for what you could be lacking in diet. I liked the texture and consistency, wasn't too soft or hard. The only concern I have is that the first three ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, gelatin. I wish they had all the nutrients without all of the sugar. Overall, the vitamins were easy to take, and if you have an issue with swallowing vitamins, these are easy to take.

Tasty fruit flavoured gummy vitamins. Have been taking them for a few years. As far as I can tell they seem to provide adequate vitamins, but I also take vitamin C and calcium and ferrous gluconate. If you want advice on what vitamins and minerals and other supplements to take, you should ask a doctor, not an add on the internet.
