The gummy vitamins are designed to help with metabolism, bones, and the immune system. They are an excellent source of vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, and chromium. They also contain many other vitamins and minerals. They are free of artificial sweeteners, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, dairy, and synthetic dyes. I highly recommend Vitafusion women's multivitamins and will continue to take them every day to support my immune system.

I give them a grade B for potency however—given that a number of the vitamins and minerals don't give you 100% of your daily value, like Zinc and vitamin C.

so I brought these vitamins for energy since I've been tired after having to be in house over this coronavirus. I wanted to start having more energy to exercise and these work. Not only do they give energy but if you take one if you're feeling tired it will snap you out of it.

I have taken these gummies for many months recently and I am fairly healthy, much more than when I have not been taking vitamins. The taste and texture are some of the best of any vitamins that I have ever tried, so I would recommend them if you are fussy about this or have a fussy friend.

I've been taking these everyday for about a year. I just find them easier to take them pills. I really don't know if they make a difference in my health or not. I'm going to be honest about that. but I figured it does not hurt. Plus, I am so used to taking them at this point that I don't see a reason to stop. I find the flavor to be better than other gummies on the market. I did like Olly, but found them to be more expensive and probably a little more sugary tasting. Which I like... but isn't what I need!
