Had taken Centrum for years, but found that I was reacting to the tablet form of vitamin (could not find a gel-type Centrum) resulting in nausea. As this is target to mature women's metabolism, I chose these gummies based on doctor's advise to switch to gel-type which not only is easier on the stomach, but also enters the system rather than moving through the digestive tract nearly intact. Have not had a problem and overall have found these to be as effective in the past two years.

Gummy multivitamins seems to be melted into a lump and all stuck together. Upon opening the bottle, tried to pour out a single gummy. All the gummies were stuck together. Used a butter knife to break apart the lumped up gummies, but with no avail. Call customer care and received a replacement bottle, but same thing. All the vitamin gummies were the same - all lumped together.

When you take a vitamin and take a pill it just sits there nobody eats it but if it's chewable like my dad he'll spend $300 and vitamin store and not eat one vitamin these ones I go out there I'm like they're like candy I go the bottle is empty d and they taste good but I do like the Walmart brand better no offense I asked my dad which ones do you like better he said the Walmart brand
