Unfortunately the gummies came all stuck to each other. Couldn't get gummies from the bottom half of the bottle. I tried a butter knife to dislodge the gummies, but no luck. Omg, i even banged the bottle on my kitchen countertop , still no use. So, I have a new bottle that can't be consumed.

Began taking these three months ago in preparation for travel so I would have a stronger immune system. No trip due to COVID-19 but so far so good on staying well.
