The gummies are advertised as fiber. However, I experienced very unpleasant constipation after taking them. I took the recommended dosage but stomach was upset afterwards.

My Wife and I just recently started a High Protein diet to lose a few pounds. These little gummies really work well for both of us. We only take one gummy in the morning and all is well. No bad taste either.

I don't like these. They don't have a very good flavor. They are also very firm and difficult to chew... and I'm in my 20s. I can't imagine that much fiber is being released from them.

I have been using this product for years. The last bottle was disgusting. They tasted like fish flavored gummies. I just read the label and it states that it is processed in a facility that contains shellfish, so that explains the fish flavor. I hope this was a one time thing because I really liked the product. Sam's refunded my purchase. I'll try buying again in a few months before giving up on it.
