It's flavorless and dissolves well, and my son doesn't mind drinking it in water or milk; he says they don't change the flavor. I love that they are not sweetened, no dyes, and you can mix into food or drink. I imagine if you mix into hot food it may kill the probiotics though so I'd stick with cold.
