I was a skeptic at first, but after trying them out, I have been a repeat buyer. They work great on me. I still have to eat a lot of fiber, but these help especially when I have trouble getting to the recommended fiber intake. They taste good and work good. I would like to give more stars, but with my recent Sam’s club experience, I have to drop it down a little. Found out the Sam’s by me stopped carrying stock on these for pick up, and now they want me to buy online and pay for shipping.

They dissolve so easily and my kids do not even know it’s in their chocolate milk. There’s no taste and it’s not grainy. It keeps them nice and regular. Gut health is such an important thing.
