It comes in packets that can be mixed with cool food or liquids, but coming in packets, it's premeasured and easy to use for travel or if you're going out to dinner, etc. Also, each box contains 30 packets and since regular use is one per day, one box should last about a month. I really like the premeasured feature because you just grab a packet and you've got what you need -- no big container that you have to measure from.

When mixed with plain water, the mixture easily dissolves into a clear drink. There is no flavor, making these great to mix with little one's milk or juice. One packet contains LGG Probiotic, the most clinically studied strain in children. The probiotic mix helps support both immune and digestive health. These can be added to food or drink once a day, or if needed even twice a day. I would recommend these packets as they are a simple way to add in a great probiotic mix to a child's diet.
