My son has been using these for years because his diet isn't what it should be and they help a lot or we would not be using them for so long.

taste is not bad but they are tough to chew. not soft and easy to swallow as other brands. Slightly hard on the jaw to take everyday and new bottle versus open one does not make a difference either. they do work as they should though..

Taste is really good, productiveness.. Only complaint is they are to hard to chew, they are not really soft enough to break down when chewing! Compared to other name brands..

These are impossible to chew! The directions say “chew throughly before swallowing but that impossible.

My Wife and I just recently started a High Protein diet to lose a few pounds. These little gummies really work well for both of us. We only take one gummy in the morning and all is well. No bad taste either.

The gummies are advertised as fiber. However, I experienced very unpleasant constipation after taking them. I took the recommended dosage but stomach was upset afterwards.
