Love how it has made me regular before I could go days without a bowel movement now I go everyday

My Wife and I just recently started a High Protein diet to lose a few pounds. These little gummies really work well for both of us. We only take one gummy in the morning and all is well. No bad taste either.

The gummies are advertised as fiber. However, I experienced very unpleasant constipation after taking them. I took the recommended dosage but stomach was upset afterwards.

taste is not bad but they are tough to chew. not soft and easy to swallow as other brands. Slightly hard on the jaw to take everyday and new bottle versus open one does not make a difference either. they do work as they should though..

Taste is really good, productiveness.. Only complaint is they are to hard to chew, they are not really soft enough to break down when chewing! Compared to other name brands..

Be careful ! Because of the Palm my LDL (bad cholesterol) went up 60 points higher, stayed consistent at 120 and after taking this for 3 mos it’s now 185. Has coconut oil and palm oil, missed the palm oil when reading the ingredients and researched it and it was the culprit.
