These are sugar free and provide 5 grams of fiber per 2 pieces. I fast and sometimes will use these to extend my fast. Love the taste.

They taste fine and seem to work. Even my two year old takes one a day to keep from getting bound up, but they are too dang chewy.

These are impossible to chew. It’s like chewing on a tire. They are rubbery and don’t break down well at all.
