I would buy the DAVID SUNFLOWER SEED ORIGINAL. I was aware of DAVID SUNFLOWER SEED ORIGINAL before participating in this program but I had no idea their selection of flavors was so large. I would recommend the DAVID SUNFLOWER SEED ORIGINAL to others.

As soon as I opened the bag it had a very bad stench nothing I’ve ever smelt from the list of bags I’ve bought before, though I paid a pretty penny for this bag I tried some out and they were so disgusting I spit the rest out and threw the bag away.

The sunflower seeds I usually buy are the BIGZ seeds, they're crunchy, the seeds are large, and the different flavors work well. However with the David's seeds I found that it was way too salty, the shell cracked into multiple pieces and it's not as easy to eat as some other brands. The actual seeds are on the smaller and skinnier side as well.

Love the size of these makes it so much easier to crack to get to the seed. These are great for a lot of things. You can add them to trailmix , have them on road trips , camping , watching sports game , and so many more. It is such a versatile snack .

The only downside is that it can be a little messy or inconvenient if I'm on the run and can't just carry a cup to spit the shell into. But overall I love them to snack at home or whenever Im on the go.

I'm really glad I checked this page because I bought a packet with the exp May 2021 and more than half of the seeds I've tried to eat are rotten or moldy. Its really disgusting and I can't EVER remember this being an issue and I've been eating David's seeds for 30 years. I'm glad it's only a small bag from a corner store and not a large bag, because I'm not going to sit here and bite open a hundred shells looking for the 2 or three that are good to eat.

I love David sunflower seeds so much ever since I was a kid 30 years ago. But for the last 2-3 years, 7 out of 10 packs I buy have a rancid taste and smell to them. Like old rancid olive oil. But because I love these sunflower seeds from David so much I risk the chance knowing that I’m only going to be satisfied by their taste and quality only 30% of the time…

We love eating them while we watch our baseball games and on road trips. We will continue to buy these again and again because they are simply our favorite. If you like sunflower seeds you should definitely try out Davids.

David's has fewer bad seeds in their bags, there's nothing worse when it comes to sunflower seeds then when you crack one open and it tastes horrible! A few other brands I have tried have had quite a few bad seeds per bag, I am always reminded why I usually choose David's. David's seeds are also easily found in any grocery store or convenience store, and come in so many good flavors! Their flavors are bold and flavorful, but not too overpowering of the tiny seed. We love David's Sunflower seeds in our house!

Over the past three months, I have been buying the 3.75 oz. bags of David's Original Jumbo Sunflower Seeds. I usually buy 5 bags about every week and a half to two weeks. I now have 15 bags with only a few eaten out of them, because they tasted so bitter and rancid, that I couldn't eat them. I love eating them, but it's such a crap shoot now, if they are going to be edible or not, that I'm going to be forced into never buying them again. Unless something is done, you're going to lose A LOT of Loyal Customers.
