This is the second box I've bought. My experience is that the plastic separates at the top seam by the easy open tab. I thought maybe I'd just gotten a bad box but my second box is doing the same. On top of that the stores don't seem to carry the old style any more. Please fix this problem or bring back the old style.

I don't think I have ever used for a sandwich. They are great for anything you have a small amount to store. Left over bacon, tomato, bread and crackers. If I have a chunk of cheese left, I wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the sandwich bag. Protects the cheese really well.

I have used Ziploc sandwich bags for as long as I can remember. I have never had a complaint before. Since they changed to the easy open, green top, the zip seal has not been the same. It either won't close the first or 10th time or it won't stay closed. I keep slices of cheese in a Baggie to give my dogs their meds twice a day and every time I go to open it, it's already open and starting to dry out so I have to get new cheese. I also have the same problem with the treats I keep in a Baggie for them. I actually bought generic sandwich bags tonight to see if they are any better because I'm so frustrated. Please make some changes to improve the seal, by reading these reviews I'm not the only one with this same problem. Thank you.

Almost impossible to reseal the bag after the first time it's been sealed and opened. Used to carry a bag of nuts or raisins for trips but no more. I was grumbling to myself while trying to reseal a bag on a camping trip when a friend asked " the new baggies?"

The tabs are okay, but you've made the zip part so small that it takes me multiple tries to close it if I can at all, and I have small hands and nimble fingers. As stated in other reviews, they don't always stay closed. Please make the zippers a bigger size as they were before.

I was always pleased with Ziploc in the past, but not so much with this new improvement. I now find that store brand zipper bags are easier to close. IF you can get that small strip to snap shut, it seals, but I find myself checking it numerous times to be sure. The bags worked good before this new easy open feature. Stop making improvements to something that already functions as it should.

I was using plastic film to wrap meal size portions of meat purchased in large quantities (like at Sams Club) before packaging multiple portions into a larger Ziploc freezer bag. It was annoying to deal with plastic wrap that didn't always cooperate. Decided to try sandwich bags instead and this large size from Sams costs less per bag than the store brand zipper bags elsewhere. What a time and stress saver! These bags may be called "sandwich" bags, but the uses go far beyond sandwiches.

I purchased the easy open tab snack bags for my husbands lunch. I have always used the snack bags to pack his dry protein powder, and thought I would try the new easy open tabs. BIG MISTAKE The bags will not stay closed and have created a mess in his lunch bag multiple times.

We also bought a 500 count box of these bags. They are not an improvement, in fact, a regression on design. I don't need an extra color to tell me where the top of the bag is. I don't need a tab to make it easier to open. Just bring back the old seal.

When I purchased this product I was pretty excited because I have arthritis and have had difficulty opening them in the past. But I must say I'm pretty disappointed. Ziploc has always been my brand of choice, but I opted for a store brand that works much better. The quality is not as good, but that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make. You really need to fix this issue!
