Purchased the club size in both the sandwich size and quart size. Our family made an honest attempt to make these work but the new zipper closure is very difficult to close, to the point of frustration. Often items stored are not kept fresh as the bags either weren't closed when assumed they were or they came open prematurely. We absolutely loved the previous design and beg for its return or we will probably switch to a bargain brand. Sad, loyal customer.

I was brand loyal to Ziploc since 1980's until last week. I was forced to buy other brands because I could not find old zip style Ziploc. I have been fighting to close the easy tabs sandwich bags for months. I can not get them to stay closed, After hoping I zip bag closed I've resorted to folding bag over and taping bag shut. I hope Ziploc brings back old style bags.

The " improved" sandwich bags are anything but that ! I have used these for years and it's obvious the new ones are thinner and much much harder to seal . Often they don't stay sealed . They seem to hold less and several times my finger has gone right through the bag while trying to get the bag sealed . Please go back to the old ones as otherwise I will not buy the brand again . If you needed to charge a few cents more for the old ones that's fine rather than put out an almost unusable product . You must be aware of this issue based on the many negative reviews on your own site ...

I always chose the Ziplock Sandwich bags over the store brand. The price difference was overshadowed by the superior performance and ease of closing. It appears that they are now cutting costs. The "zipper" is now thin and flimsy and it is extremely hard to seal. They are now the same quality as the store brand so I might as well save the money and purchase those!

I have been purchasing Ziploc bags for years and these new easy open tabs bags have been labeled perfectly, all they do is open. They have the worst seal ever!!! They are a waste of plastic! When I use them to pack a lunch, the joke is that everything has to be placed in an additional bag since everything falls out of the Ziploc bags. WORST PRODUCT EVER, a waste of money!!!!!

These bags used to be great! Easy to close and stayed close, but not anymore. These bags are almost impossible to close, I work a good 5 minutes trying to get completely closed. The zipper is terrible and I'm honestly disappointed in Ziploc with these bags. I don't care if they've got easy open tabs, I just want them to close and stay closed! Once I'm done with this box I'm not buying anymore. These used to be my number one bags but if they can't close then I think it's time to move on.

The bags seem very durable. When the children open the bag all the way, they will not seal shut afterwords. If I accidentally open it up all the way, not thinking and the bag will not seal. Thankfully, not all the bags are like that, or we just refrain from opening them up all the way. We've had to throw out quite a few bags.

I bought a huge box of these, for the first part of the box they were fine, now that I've used about half of them, everytime I use one it splits. I usually use them for my snacks, and many times I go to take my break and my snack is all over the place. Also does this with my husband's sandwiches, I've quit using them for his lunch because his sandwich isn't fresh at lunchtime. So so disappointed and I wish I hadn't bought the large box that I did.

Every once in a while we buy the store brand ziplock bags and always returned to name brand ziploc - because name brand ziploc easily close and open and stay closed. These new 'easy open tabs' ziploc brand bags are impossible to close. I will be looking for another brand or going back to store brand as while those weren't as good, they are much better than the new 'improved' ziploc!

I have used Ziplock products for my entire adult life, and I have always been a big fan. Unfortunately, these bags do not function well and I am going to try some other manufacturers. The new "easy open" seal won't stay closed, and the bags are always spilling contents. I don't overfill them and I am a pretty careful person, but even gentle handling is too much for these bags. I bought a giant box of them, and I would say at least four out of five bags spill open at an unintended time. The worst Ziplock product I've ever tried, and I have used many of them!
