Great bags for freezer storage. I go through these like crazy and this is the best price I've found. With the state of our economy, it's nice to put bargains in the freezer and these bags do a great job of protecting from freezer burn and transfer of content odors, etc.

I would like to congratulate Ziploc on the new design for the freezer bags and sandwich bags. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and I was having a very difficult time with the old design. The tabs would be very hard for me to open, I could never get an easy grip to open the bags, etc. now, I This is never a problem anymore. I can open the bags really easily, every single time!

I have been using Ziploc freezer bags for years but unfortunately with the new design bags this is about to end. What was the thinking behind the new bags and who tested them? The tabs tear, the seams split and they arethinner than the previous bags. I think Ziploc should go back to the designers for a re-think. I think many consumers will turn to another product . Too bad!!

I love these and use them for everything. They’re perfect for storing any and everything in the freezer. I especially love these to store homemade bread and hamburger buns. The texture and taste aren’t affected. This is especially important for ancient grains and gluten free flours, which tend to yield a drier product. Right now I use Spelt, Kamut, and Einkorn, and these bags perfectly protect my breads and cookies. Also great for meat, fish and large quantities of leftovers!

I never thought that I would write a review about a baggie. And wow so many others have too. What happened to being able to rely on these Ziplock. Both sandwich and gallon have taken a steep dive. And I see that many others agree. I never thought to look up a review for these because of their reliability in the past. Is this the way it's going to stay?

I have torn SO MANY of these bags. I've torn them when I get a brand new one out of the box. I've torn ones that have been lightly used. I've torn them even when I think I'm being careful. The Easy Open Tab is terrible. Until you change your design, I'm buying store brands.

I bought these a month ago after a bulk shopping trip thinking it would be a great way to still freeze a lot of the excess goods since my vacuum sealer stopped working. Unfortunately these bags leaked from each bottom corner on every single bag I used and the bottom of my deep freezer is covered in meat and vegetable juices. I do not recommend.

Argh ! I use the Ziplock Freezer Bags at home as well as in my restaurant. We go thru alot of them as we are always repackaging the cases of phillies, Steak fingers, Chicken Fried Steaks , ect for easier storage and handling. We also bar-b-que for the restaurant and use Ziplocks to store chopped beef , puled pork and sausage . They just are not working for us...all of the cooks complain about how hard they are to deal with, I agree.

I have always bought Ziplock bags for the quality. Now, they rip sometimes the very first time you use them. They rip on the sides, on the bottom, and on the top. Clearly, Ziplock made a decision to decrease the quality. We've noticed. I'm now shopping around for a more high quality brand. These simply are not useable anymore.

I have used Ziploc Freezer Bags for years and never had a problem... until now. When you go to close the seal the bag tears along the seal. This has happened to more than 1/2 of the bags in the box that we have used so far. The box UPC is 025700710356 with "M1900301w0732" above the UPC. After reading the most recent posts I agree that this series of bags have been cheapened to point of making the customer VERY unhappy.
