We love to sous vide meat before throwing in on the grill, but working with raw meat and marinade can be super messy! With the stay open design, I'm able to easily move food from the bowl into the bag during prep. I'm really excited that this Fold & Fill technology is now a thing for Ziploc storage bags. I'm invincible in the kitchen now. It's like I have an extra hand to help me store leftovers. I'm definitely buying these style of storage bags with the same grip n seal technology I'm used to from the Ziplic brand, from now on. I'd like Ziploc to improve the perforated cardboard box though, as it was difficult to open the box along the perforations to get the bags out. Otherwise, I'm sold on the convenience of this product.
