P0290604E1416 (lot#) Very disappointed. Can only be use one time and red (small) strip tears. Unable to use again. 52 storage gallon bags wasted. How do we go about getting money back . Can not even give it a 1 rating. The freezer bags are great but I don't want to use them for everything.

Have been a faithful Ziploc user due to the easy close "zipper" and the box tops. Unfortunately, now the bags are so hard to close, but worse, they are so thin. Can't store sharp food in them (e.g.: pretzels) without poking holes in the bag. Had to triple bag the freezer bags just to ensure my food won't get freezer burn. Won't be buying this brand anymore.

I use Ziploc bags for EVERYTHING! Not just storing food items, but my child's Lego's, crayons, my pens/pencils, and especially paperwork. While I really like the Stand & Fill option for food items, and I wouldn't want you to get rid of it, it seems that the slider bags only come as "Stand and Fill" (or at least that's all I saw in the market and on your website), and I can't fit papers (8.5"x11") in them anymore. Is it possible to also have the slider bags in the "regular" size as well?

I am not impressed with the new tab opening. Every time I open one the side splits and then I can never trust now that I am not going to find a mess in my fridge or freezer. The seal is not near the quality is once was. I am wondering if I need to switch product brand after all the years of using Ziploc.

I am a Personal chef and use these bags every day, so buy them by the carton. The bag above the ziploc has torn off the top of a number of them and I've had to throw them away, some of them haven't lined up to 'zip' completely, and some have separated along the sides once opened.

I purchased this new design in your gallon storage bags. Every single bag malfunctions after opening and closing it several times. The top zip rips off the bag and the remaining zip closure does not provide an airtight seal. I have purchased your gallon bags for years and could actually get multiple uses out of one bag by rinsing it out and reusing. This new design doesn't even last through one use. These bags are not cheap and now they are unreliable. Please go back to the old reliable design.

I've been using these newer style bags (gallon and quart) for a while and I am seeing a problem with the new style flap for opening the bag. It seems the lower side flap peels away form the bag from time to time. This occurs on the Gallon size and the Quart size. When the flap peels away it is very difficult to open the open the bag. When this happens I have to transfer the contents to a new bag. Not very cost effective. This could be an R & D problem. a design problem or an intentional design flaw to force the consumer to replenish their bag for frequently.

I recieved a sample of these bags and I am so happy and pleased! I pack my lunch most days; I buy in bulk so I'm ALWAYS needing containers/bags for my food! These bags are better than containers because they hold food so well! I don't think I will need anything but these bags from now on! Thanks Ziploc!

Ziploc bags are a great alternative to Tupperware. You must work your product for easier filling and labeling. Look to expanding to gift bags and prestenciled bags with names like meat, veggies, etc. imagine Xmas wrapping with a zip for those hard to wrap items.

I bought a box of ziplock sliders, I dont usually buy them i buy the regular ziplock. But this particular box must be from a bad lot. I am going to send lot number off the box P332MX7900651 Every bag has a long slice across the entire top just below the zipper. Entire box is that way.
