Love this bag size! The half gallon size is just right for some many things I store in the freezer, bags of French fries, meatballs, etc. When sharing food with friends and family, this is my go to size. I wish they were carried in stores but I'm thankful they are available again.

This bag is really hard to find in the regular market. And it costs a lot more than getting it from Sam's. It is ideal because it is between the quart and gallon bags. Sometimes the quart size is too small and the gallon is too big. This size is perfect.

I love this size bag. I make lots of banana bread and use them usually for gifts. This is the perfect size bag for them. Gallon size is too big so it is wasted space. Plus i like the pleated bottom. It really makes it sit in there better. I also can use it for cookies.

Nothing to dislike about this size ziplock bag. Perfect for so many things. No more torn quart size trying to insert just a bit bigger item OR having to use a gallon size leaving a huge amount of empty bag to wrap around, wasting freezer space. Also used to slide a damaged cake mix box into until I had time to use it.. A strong, roomy bag you can use for many things other than Freezing. Hope they will make it in Storage style. Until, will use for both. Love them!

Found these bags at Sam's a couple of years ago but was unable to find them a second time. Contacted Ziploc and was told they are still produced, but only for Sam's and I should contact Customer Service at my local Sam's. CS was unable to help as they didn't know when they would be in stock again. Periodically checked online and in club. Finally, they were online for shipping only but waited to order as other needed items were currently OOS. OH NO!!! Checked again a month or so later - BACK IN STOCK! No waiting this time - Ordered Immediately. Suggest you order as soon as you have the opportunity. They are so useful. Quart size is just a little too small - Gallon is a little too large - Half Gallon is PERFECT! As wide as a gallon bag but only half as tall and with a flat bottom. You are going to turn to these bags so often you will want to have extra on hand.

Love these half gallon bags they are the perfect alternative to the 1 Gallon bags. I bought them before @ a big box store in bulk and once I used up my supply. I found it so hard to locate them in stores again post pandemic. If you need to store sauces, snacks or meats for a family if 1-4 people or have a fridge with limited space - these are awesome. Glad to get them online with Walmart. Better pricing than Amazon and equally same fast delivery.

We’ve used these bags for quite a while, and have had no issues with the bags themselves. Finding these bags lately is something else entirely. When I found that they were available for shipment to me from Sam’s Club, I was quite pleased. The price was reasonable, and delivery was quite quick, especially considering the current “supply chain” issues.

These bags are the perfect size. There are times the gallon size bags are to large and the quart size bags are too small . I have been using these freezer bags for years and they do exactly what they are meant to do. I freeze everything in them from meat to fruit. I called the manufacturer because I could not find these 1/2 gallon size bags anywhere. I was told that they were currently not producing them but they will be back in production soon. I was so excited when I saw them at Sam’s Club online that I purchased two packs (4 boxes each pack). As long as Ziploc bags are available, I will always use them.

I use ziplock bags all the time. I was really disappointed when you couldn’t get them anymore. When I saw that Sams had them I went to get some. I didn’t realize until going to 2 different stores that the only way to get them was by ordering them. Thank you for making it so easy to maneuver thur the site. Yes, I did stock up on them in case they disappear again.

We bought a bunch of packages of these a number of years ago when they were introduced as limited time only. The pleated bottom is a plus. Would be useful on quarts and gallons too. They are an ideal size. Glad we were able to get more when our stock ran out.
