I love these bags. So often all you need is a half gallon and these are the perfect size. They are freezer ready and pleated on the bottom to help pour soup, applesauce and lemon juice, or the extra space for those hamburger patties.

If you need a storage bag bigger than a quart size but smaller than a gallon size then you will love the half gallon size. I use this size the most. It's the"just right" size

I have need for bags that are between quart and gallons sizes. These have ability to open and stand. Just the right size for a purchased roasted chicken etc

This size and design is very handy and quite useful. I use this half gallon bag more often than the gallon or quart sizes. I wish they were carried in the store, rather than only ship to home.

Originally I found these in store and then could not find again. I found them in the system but had to be delivered. I was glad to have found them again as they are a great size.

I like the size and shape of the half gallon ziploc bags. Sometimes you need just a little more room than a quart size but the gallon size is too big. This bag has a flatter bottom so you can layer things. I have only found it in the Freezer version so I don't know if it is made in the regular style.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SIZE BAGS! I got a case a while ago and then I needed to get more but couldn't find them. I looked at the Ziploc website and they no longer listed them. I sent an email to customer service whining and crying...I wanted to know where the half gallon size bags went. A manager replied and said he didn't know when they would be back. I couldn't believe it. They have every size you could ever need and they stopped these? Well. They did bring them back! I plan on grabbing several boxes just in case. I hate wasting gallon bags and not happy about being forced to use two quart bags. I will picket Ziploc if they try to stop making these again.

These 1/2 gallon bags are perfect size for leftovers and bulkier items that do not fit in a flat Ziploc bag. I was thrilled to be able to find them on the web site to order; I wish you still carried them in the stores. I haven't been able to find them elsewhere either.

I’ve been looking for Ziploc half-gallon freezer bags for months and thought they were discontinued altogether. Then one day I found them on Sam’s online… Woohoo! They’re the perfect size for so many items and I’d love to see them back on the shelves at Sam’s Club! Pleeeease?

They're back!!! I've been searching for these every week for 2 years, so glad that they're finally back. The half gallon size is super convenient, they stand up while you fill them, and seal tight. Nice and heavy material keeps everything fresh in the freezer, or anywhere. The zipper is easy to close even for someone with limited hand mobility. The perfect in between size.
