I’ve been buying this for the past two years and have never had problems with it. But all of a sudden this last bottle I bought had the consistency of jelly?? It did not even lather or get too soapy in my hair. Was very disappointed given that I love this shampoo. Not sure if it was just the bottle of what. I’m going to exchange it for another and hope for the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the smell of this shampoo is SO good. I am obsessed with it and would wear it as a perfume. It also lasts a while in your hair and can still smell the scent after 2 days. It lathers really well, especially if you do a second wash, and leaves my hair feeling cleaned but not stripped dry. The packaging is nice because it is compact and fits on my shower shelf without taking up much space.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner in July, in hopes that it would give my hair some much needed volume. I personally did not notice much difference in the apperence of fullness or volume, even after one month of use. However, I started to notice my scalp was developing bumps, similar to acne. Come to find out that’s exactly what it was... Scalp acne, caused by the build up of product. The ingredients used to create the thick appearance of the hair strands also began to build up on my scalp resulting in several pimples. I have since changed shampoo and conditioner and the pimples have dramatically decreased in amount! In turn, validating that the causes was indeed this shampoo and conditioner.

I've been using this for about a week so I can't really say much since I guess it takes time for results to be visible in a product like this. But all I can say is that it smells really good? Haha but overall I'm not sure if sure if recommend this as I said, I have only been using it for a little while but I will update my review once I see some changes!

Best conditioner for my color treated, radiation damaged hair. Helped my hair grow, strengthened it and the product smells great too. I go through a lot of conditioner. My curly hair used to be long and grow quickly but after radiation, I had a lot of damageand breakage which meant I had to cut it. It wasn't growing. I started using this shampoo and conditioner and it slowly started to grow again and became much softer.

I had surgery and my hair has been falling out in handfuls. It was actually very scary. My husband bought this product for me after seeing me cry. I've used it twice and can see a huge difference. I don't have hair falling out, or big balls of hair strands in my hands while I'm shampooing. I'm so excited and happy. Wish I could find a travel size. Thank you so much OGX!

I love this OGX shampoo and conditioner combo. It has a really nice scent that lasts for a few days. I feel like it doesnt necessarily thicken my hair but it makes it appear voluminous which is a plus side. Honestly I'm a fan of all the OGX products I tried. They are by far the best for my thing funky hair.

I wanted to try to get my hair thicker and grow longer and I tried both the shampoo and conditioner and I like both of these. I “think” I've seen a difference in my hair. I can't lie though I like a silkier feel to my hair with conditioner. This leaves a tougher feel to my hair. I want more manageable hair but this is a very good product like I said I think I see a difference with my hair in length and thickness.

I initially bought this because I loved the smelled of it. I then quickly found out that not only does it smell great, but it makes your hair feel thicker! I've used shampoos like this that have this effect but makes your hair knotty and this is not one of those
