A little backstory…I have really fine hair that is starting to thin around my hairline and has no volume unless I curl or back comb it. I'm really picky with hair products because of that plus I color my hair. I'm not joking when I say this, but I noticed a difference after the first time I used this. My hair had volume that actually lasted. I had lift at the roots and I noticed even more volume when I curled my hair. It didn't mess with my coloring either and has a nice scent. The second time I used it, I still had great results.

I bought this recently, Oct 2025 only to find a new formula. Why??? It's thinner, doesn't lather as well, not rich and creamy and leaves hair flatter. The old formula you feel the body coming into your hair. After blowdrying using the new formula hair is less volumised. The hunt for a new shampoo begings I guess. Why do brands do this to stuff that worked. Won't buy it any longer after yrs of using it.

This shampoo and conditioner together are a perfect match and very effective with continuous use with strengthing hair strands and with hair growth. The quality is is salon like and leaves your hair feeling smooth soft and silky. It smells amazing and super easy instructions for washing and rinsing I would recommend this 1 million times over.

I've been using this OGX Biotin & Collagen shampoo and I've really enjoyed it. It gives my hair a fuller, more textured feel without weighing it down. The formula is gentle and doesn't leave buildup, and I like that it's sulfate-free. My hair feels soft, a bit thicker, and has more movement after I use it. If you're looking for a shampoo that adds volume while still keeping your hair feeling healthy, this is a great option.

Definitely did not like this conditioner. Completely coats your hair no matter how good you think you wash it out it still leaves a thick film and makes your hair feel greasy. I always wash my hair before bed and do not blow dry as I have naturally thick curly hair. When I go to brush it out the next night before a shower you can see and feel the thick film it leaves on your hair, it’ll come out on the brush and you can feel it on your fingers.

I bought this a while back and soon after my scalp began breaking out with these tiny blisters all over. Allergic reaction? Maybe. I used it for longer than I should have and as soon as I stopped my scalp condition improved. This stuff smells great, but it really messed up my scalp and made my hair incredibly greasy.

They changed it into an absolutely AWFUL product. I wonder if they bought stock in some of the other companies that sell EXTREMELY high priced hair loss remedies. I am thoroughly disgusted with the change. I am shedding some much hair that I can see my scalp. This started slowly in 2023 and I briefly used a different product and the shedding slowed down. But I began OGX again and shedding increased. Sad. It was a good product and someone got greedy somewhere. Today, apparently the wealthy and elite can afford an effective product to save their hair. Sad. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil.

Since I started using this product, I have noticed my hair has dried out. I have never had super dry and damaged hair until now.

My hair is fine and sort of on the thin side. I tried OGX and actually saw a difference. My hair seems a little fuller. Plus I like the smell.
