I borrowed this from my mom after taking a shower at her place, and I like it so much I bought myself a bottle. What first attracted me to this shampoo there's a nice scent. It's also a great price point. I can't say that I felt my hair was thicker or fuller as a result of the shampoo as I have always had that type of hair, but I was certainly satisfied with my purchase.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner set and honestly… I love how soft it makes my hair feel. It's super smooth and shiny and smell so good! As for hair growth, I didn't see a huge difference, but overall it's been a really nice upgrade for my routine.

I keep going back to this kind of OGX shampoo and conditioner, and I love these! I notice a difference in my hair, since it's so thin I want something to help with that. The scent is like a sultry clean scent, and doesn't ruin my color if I have any in my hair!

OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner are miracle workers! My hair is exceptionally thin and lifeless. I have tried so many products claiming to increase hair thickness that I have lost count, and none of them have worked. This product delivers! OGX contains vitamin B7 biotin to maintain growth and strengthen hair, collagen for healthy hair, and hydrolyzed wheat protein to pump up the volume. The scent is a wonderfully light vanilla and jasmine that really pleases the senses. I love that this product is paraben-free and sulfate-free! It keeps the good oils in, without disrupting the endocrine system. I was in a rush and decided to just do a quick shampoo without conditioner and I was pleasantly surprised at how soft, shiny, and detangled my hair was without conditioner. This product is a complete win!

This product is thick and it smells great. I describe the sent to be something that you would think a clean baby smell like. This shampoo was very soapy and provided a great lathering. This is such a hard review to write because I honestly loved this brand of shampoo & conditioner up until I started loosing a lot of hair. I was literally pulling out clumps in the shower. I went and consulted with a Doctor and had blood work done. Results came back that everything checked out fine. I wouldn't have thought this was the culprit until I saw a news article about this brand causing hair loss. I immediately stopped using it. And I would say within 2 weeks the hair loss gradually stopped. Of course we all loose hair everyday naturally but not like how I was loosing hair. Now, everyone's body is different and reacts differently to products, that's why it's so important to leave honest reviews. I'm not saying I don't like OGX because I'm sure for some people it's a great product but unfortunately, it was not for me. That is why I had to leave the one star.

I love this OGX biotin and collagen shampoo. It smells so good. I was worried this shampoo was gonna make my hair more oily than it already is. That was not the case. It made my hair so soft and shiny. It made it bouncy and much healthier looking. It is really nice. Definitely recommend

Oh my gosh this stuff is amazing! First off.. it smells AMAZING! I bought the big bottles with the pumps and I love them! Second.. I feel like it really does clean my hair, and doesn't leave it feeling like there's still product residue. Third.. the price is so inexpensive!
