I am loving this shampoo! I have been suffering from hair loss/thinning . And lack of volume. This shampoo has brought my hair back to life! The lather is just right. It has a delightful smell to it. As far as cost goes it is not to expensive and you can definitely find it really easy at most stores.

My boyfriend and his mom swear by this shampoo. I don't see it though. I have thick hair and this did little for me. It didn't do much on cleansing and not much on shine, I didn't feel it silky. I felt my hair a lot more thick which is annoying because I already have very thick hair

I love all OGX shampoo & conditioner. I’ve been using this one to replace my [product:kevin-murphy-plumping-rinse] as it’s really expensive. My hair has been feeling super thick and way healthier. It’s also sulfate and paraben free which is super important to me.

I'm never going not use this brand. After using the biotin shampoo and conditioner only once my hair smelt amazing and was super soft. My hair is also super thick, course, and wavy/curly and this helps the frizz go down a bit too which is a big plus.

I have very textured hair. I can’t use just any conditioner because my hair will not be able to be combed very well. But when I use this conditioner my hair is so easy almost like butter to come through. I really like this conditioner and I enjoy the smell of it too. The smell stays in your hair for a couple days and it’s really pleasant. I would highly recommend this conditioner

I also liked how you only have to put out a couple of pumps that will last you for a couple of months because of the product & applicator. I just wanted to see how long my OGX Biotin & Collagen Shampoo would last me weekly & every day. Used this product for years and LOVED it. Opened a new bottle and noted it looked and felt different NEW Formula small flag on bottle. Used it for a week shampoo every day since I have fine flat hair in a short pixie cut. Previous formula gave me nice fullness and lift. This new formula weighs down my hair flat even right after drying. So bad I tossed the product, my husband says I'm super frugal so for me to toss an almost full bottle of shampoo is saying a lot. You've lost a customer.

When I was in middle school and high school my hair always stayed the same length. But I realized I was using very cheap shampoo and not really taking care of my split ends or anything. I switched to this shampoo and my hair has grown about six inches!

I really love the smell of this shampoo and it has like a rich lather and with most sulfate free shampoos it doesn't really lather and kind of feels like it's drying out your hair but with this it feels moisturized and clean. The shampoo lasts me quite a while and it's affordable!

I bought this a yesterday and washed my hair with it once!!! Seriously just once!!! And I had 4 clumps of hair fall out!!! Now my hair is dry and brittle!! The slightest tug an my hair comes out!!! Never ever get this I tried the damage remedy before this and it made my hair dry I've never used such a horrible product!!!!!
