My locks were feeling brittle and lackluster, but after using this shampoo for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant improvement in strength, shine, and manageability. My hair feels like silk, and the volume and texture are amazing! The biotin and collagen have clearly made a huge difference. I love that it's sulfate-free and gentle enough for daily use. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever, and I can't recommend this shampoo enough. Five stars and a big thumbs up from this happy customer!

My hair feels amazing the smell is just so wonderful and I just love the fact that you can get this great product and such a great price. The packaging is just too cute and matches a lot of the purple in my bathroom I was just saying I really like this product I love the way it looks I like the style I like the smell and I like most definitely the way it makes my hair feel.

I bought this shampoo a couple of months ago, and I've never been happier. I got ill a few years ago and since then had trouble with my hair - it fell out, was extremely dry and thin and constantly broke plus I've had lots of people asking me whether I was going through chemotherapy as it looked that bad and unhealthy. I also have a sensitive and dry scalp that I struggle with. I tried so many shampoos since I fell ill, for example l'oreal total repair and other expensive brands that said it would repair my hair. None of them worked for me, in fact it got even worse! My hair fell out even more because of them and got even more dry than it already was, disaster! One of my friends then recommended this brand as she swears by the keratin line, but I thought I'd give this line a try as I crave that volume. The first week or two I think my hair needed to get used to it, my scalp got itchy and a bit flaky/oily which is why I gave it four stars and not five. However, after that first week or two that all was gone and I started seeing results! After using it for a few months now my hair is completely changed and feels like a life saver for my hair. My hair is now incredibly healthy, it's very shiny and looks extremely full and lots of volume like the shampoo claims. I think it even helps to grow more hair! It doesn't even fall out any longer, only a couple of hairs a day that's it. I'm beyond grateful to have found this shampoo and I definitely recommend it, my hair has never looked as amazing as it does now - game changer!

I have no idea why I bought this shampoo, it was on a display I was standing next to. I've never heard of this brand, or even seen it before. I shampooed my hair 1 time and LOVE it. I went back to the store and bought the conditioner. My hair feels and smells amazing!!

New formula is awful! Note the date of all the reviews on here - they are reviewing the old product/formula not this new shampoo they brought out in 2025. They should not keep the reviews on here as it has changed beyond recognition. A completely different shampoo really! Misleading!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t love that I have to use this twice to get the clean feel I desire. It makes my hair feel more corse than smooth. It does keep my hair from being oily though. That is a huge plus for my hair.

I purchased a bottle of the thick and full and loved it. The second bottle the shampoo was so thick I could hardly get it out of the bottle. After using it and towel drying my hair I found gummy white pieces in my hair. I had to comb them out and wash with another kind of shampoo. What went wrong ? I have another bottle as I bought 2 at the same time. This is the lot number if it tells you anything . not happy with this bottle.LOT020205AA that 5 might be a S. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this shampoo! Smells amazing and my hair is very smooth and sleek for the entire week! No frizz!! I’m excited to see the positive biotin and collagen effects it’ll have on my hair!

I initially bought this because of the smell (I mean...it's amazing). I also have fine hair and felt like mine needed a little more volume. Unfortunately, this didn't quite have the intended effect. After a week of using the conditioner and shampoo, the roots of my hair got sort of oily which made my hair look even more flat. I bought the big bottle unfortunately so every once in a while I still use it (that smell is just too good) but I end up with the same results. I will say it gives my hair some texture which can be nice but overall I would avoid if you have issues with an oily scalp or hair that's prone to looking flat.
