I bought the shampoo and conditioner set about two months ago. My hair before was shedding and I experience breakage as well. Since coming to OGA Biotin and Collagen my hair is more full, haven't notice breakage, and I have also noticed a significant reduction in shedding after shower. I used to love this shampoo! Recently I’ve bought two different bottles from two different places and the shampoo has turned in to an awful gel. The gel makes your hair hard and doesn’t dissolve all the way no matter how much you wet your hair. I’m switching shampoo companies. I can’t keep buying it, not knowing if it may or may not work.

I have 3a hair and my hair felt super straw like after using this shampoo. While it did lather nice and smelt good it did not do good for my hair. However my boyfriend with 4c hair loves it and it leaves his hair feeling moisturized. Good product but not for every hair type!

I have a hard time finding hair products that I genuinely like. My hair is extremely long & very fine with some hair fall. OGX gave me fuller hair, beautiful shine & texture all within the first wash. Plus, a little goes a long way, instead of my usual 3 pumps I'd need, I was surprised to only need about 1.5 pumps. My new favorite go to duo, which is saying alot from a 'hair snob' like me.

I used to love this shampoo and conditioner (it had a light purple in color to it) but since they changed the formula (now the shampoo is clear in color and the conditioner is white) it doesn’t work as well anymore. I have a full head of fine wavy hair. The old formula gave my waves extra body, fullness and bounce. The new formula doesn’t seem to do anything for my hair except leave me with droopy waves without much bounce or fullness - so that’s a bummer :( I wish they would offer both old and new formulas Until then, I’m trying/exploring different shampoos/conditioners off by other companies.

I seldom write reviews! However, given my results, the OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo deserves a glowing review. I used this particular shampoo (and conditioner) for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised that the product performed well beyond my expectations. After just one use, my hair was visibly thicker/fuller, softer, and more manageable. Recently, my hair was damaged by an at home keratin treatment, which caused severe thinning and breakage. As such, I began looking for something to mitigate/repair the damage. Hence, I am so grateful to have discovered such an amazing product that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is nice the shampoo and conditioner both smell good. In all honesty within just one use this product made my hair really frizzy and dry. My hair has a bit of a wave pattern and this destroyed it completely. Safe to say will be discontinuing use of this product.

I had weight loss surgery 7 months ago and my hair was falling out due to my undernourishment. My Dr advised to find a biotin shampoo and start using it daily. After about a week, I had noticeably stronger hair, less hair loss and I started to see the luster and shine come back. I will not use anything else!

I started using OGX about two years about because my hair was so brittle from lightening it. It only took a few weeks for me to notice considerable difference. Now two years later, I have to go in and have my hair trimmed every few weeks because it just grows too fast. I love to hear my hairdresser make a point for everyone to notice how healthy my hair is.
