I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. This shampoo has failed to help my hair in the ways its says. Its also does not rinse out well and continues to leave my hair feeling grimy and unwashed. It also leaves my hair super dry and the static is ridiculous. My hair was better on the shampoos with sulfates than without. If your shampoo worked i wouldn't have to use dry shampoo on top of it to make it look like i actually washed my hair after its dried. Would not recommend for thin hair at all..

You need a small amount of shampoo to cleanse your hair well. Cleanses and volumizes hair well. It foams very well. Worth the money.

I really enjoyed this shampoo and the lather was out of this world… a little goes a long way. It left my scalp feeling cleansed and free from debris. It is not a hydrating shampoo… I find that often with clear, gel-type cleansers… this is more for getting gunk off of your head. The smell was neutral and not overpowering. I had to deduct one star for shipping preparation. Even though this bottle came with a taped down flipped lid, it leaked anyway and got all over the box. Shampoos should ALWAYS be contained in a plastic bag for shipping. Other than that, it was a great product. 

Usually I love this shampoo but this time not so much. I got half way thru the bottle and it’s just a giant ball of slime. It will not come out of the bottle. When I tried to wash my hair with it it left little balls of gel all over my head and I was forced to rewatch it with a different brand to get the balls out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo was a good value. My scalp and roots get naturally greasy and i didn’t feel like it cleaned my scalp well. It weight my already thick hair down as well. Usually new shampoo makes my hair greasy and it did not make it greasy.

it did not need changing! I have used this shampoo for a couple of years. I am so dissapointed in the "new and improved" formula. Nothing is new and improved about it! The smell is terrible, the feel of the shampoo is terrible, the way it makes my hair feel is terrible.

I have long thin hair. Only blow dry and NOW straighten the ends (since using this drying product) once a month. I wash my hair once or twice a week, and after a month of using this mucous-like textured concoction, my hair started to fall out at a concerning rate! What would be clogging the shower drain/filling my hair brush after a month is what I would see in a week. Sure! My hair seemed fuller! Also dry as the desert and tangled. Pictured is only SOME of what I've tossed from the shower drain and not what was flushed from my hair brush after three weeks. I used TRESemme today after almost two months of using this horrible product and I'm devastated as to how much hair I can now see and feel I've lost. At least my few long strands feel amazing and not like a tumble weed. Using this product may fluff your hair but you'll only lose it down the drain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo took my tangled curls and actually detangled them with ease while washing, my have never felt squeaky clean like it was stripped, instead it lathered up beautifully and cleaned my hair so gently and left me with a ton of volume!! The scent was sweet, maybe floral? It was not overpowering, made my hair smell nice afterwards.
