The worst shampoo I've ever tried. It leaves some kind of slime residue on hair and dries the hair out so much it becomes unmanageable. I have stack of hay on my head right now!

I have thin hair. I also wash it every other day. Depending on work. This shampoo and conditioner has become a favorite of mine. I'm not sure if there is anything else out there better. Find one to match your hair type and you will love it too.
