I have used various saline spray products over the years, and this is by far the simplest to use and most effective product I have used. I'd recommend this for anyone needing to use a saline spray product.

I’ve had sinus allergy issues all my life! I used to use a prescription nasal spray but I switched to Arm %26 Hammer saline mist because it’s more natural and more gentle and it doesn’t give me nose bleeds like other RX products I’ve tried!

I'm on oxygen 24/7 and use a cpap at night. My nasal passages get so dried out and plugged. This works immediately and unlike steroid nasal sprays, there is no rebound effect. Also very reasonably priced.

I like the flat, broad tip better. This is great for sinus infections but if my nose is clogged it’s useless. I’d be better off with something else that had more pressure to get the yuck out of my sinuses. The saline comes out too slow for me.

I love this stuff! With daily use, it keeps my sinuses cleared out, and I don’t get sinus headaches. Also, if my nose starts to feel dry from my CPAP, I just use this, and it helps.

1 of three units defective (empty as new) and would not replace without return of all three unused ... Didn't find this empty until 2nd unit need, could've just replaced the one but no... Bad SAM's customer service.

Excellent product don’t like the price but buy a couple every month don’t have a bad taste and don’t cause unnecessary drainage just freshens up and brings moisture to the nasal passages
