I've had several issues with the nozzles, and have had to throw out brand new cans, because they can't be returned. When they work, they work well. But for the price, a more reliable nozzle would be nice. I switched brands because of it.

I like the flat, broad tip better. This is great for sinus infections but if my nose is clogged it’s useless. I’d be better off with something else that had more pressure to get the yuck out of my sinuses. The saline comes out too slow for me.

Super fine mist. Very refreshing and I do not like things in my nose but I do suffer from allergies and live in the desert which can lead to a very dry or dirty nose.

Great price. Great for clearing the breathing through the nose. Most likely provides a boost to keeping away from the effects of those v's in the air or however they get to their damaging destination.

My doctor recommended this type product. Bought one to try and it really helps. I cut back on OTC and prescription products be ause this helped a lot. This price is really good.

I have used other saline products, this is nothing like the others. it is mild and soothing. great for everyday use especially if you have allergies that clog your sinuses!

These are only 3.1 oz compared to 4.5 oz sold elsewhere. I've never seen this product sold in such a small size anywhere. It seems cheap at first glance, but the normal size cans sold elsewhere are cheaper.

It's good and smells/tastes like cola. The only problem is that you have to use 1/4 of the bottle just to get a san pelagrino regular- sized bottle to taste anywhere close to a cola.

This has a very nice spray nozzle. 100 better than in a squeeze bottle. The saline stays better, so the saline works much better. Good product for saline solution.

Compared to other saline spray mists, this one gets the saline where it needs to go. Helps open up nasal passages because of dryness and when you have nasal congestion.
