I use the regular version of this nasal spray for allergies and daily clean out. I was feeling congestion and a cold coming on so I tried this version. Wow! What a great relief! My nose is clear and refreshingly tingling from the eucalyptus. I highly recommend it!

I use Simply Saline every night before bed. It is wonderful for clearing and cleaning nasal passages. I use a CPAP with a nasal only mask. Before I found this product I struggled with inability to breath through my nose and use the CPAP sleep treatment. Simply Saline has helped immensely!

This product was well worth the money for me. I bought it after having dealt with a piece of potato peeling I had coughed up into my nasal cavity that had been there for several days and wouldn't dislodge and it was starting to reek havoc on my sinuses. It took a few sprays and intense, focused snorting to get that thing out but this product indeed helped flush it down. I was afraid of getting that sensation you get when you get water in your nose during swimming or something, but the saline solution is very mild and pleasant. I haven't had to use it since and it sits in my cabinet for the future if I ever need it. I highly recommend this product.

The problem is with the dispenser. It's a metal canister which rules out seeing the contents. It was very difficult to get the spray to work and after a very few attempts, I gave up. What a waste of money. Pay close attention to how the product is dispensed' it makes a world of difference in how much of the product you actually get.

This product does the job. I have used Ocean Spray but haven't been able to find it. This week, I have been suffering from a bad allergy act, so I tried this item for the first time and immediately noticed the difference. Highly recommend for people who suffer from allergies.

I’ve had sinus issues my whole life. I’m 60 now and resigned to the fact that “it is what it is”. I e always used the saline bottles that you squeeze while you inhale. It’s frustrating. Then I decided to try this… WOW! I was beyond impressed! If I could give this 10 stars I would. The spray is powerful, but not painful. I literally felt the spray go all the way across my face (sinus) and I’d never felt that.. ever! I sprayed a tiny bit too much so it leaked into my throat but lesson learned. You don’t have to hold the button down for long. Yes.. it’s pricier than a generic saline squeeze bottle or pump, but a little goes a long way and it reaches the entire sinus. Since using this spray, my congestion has improved. My nose doesn’t run bone dry anymore. I honestly can’t say enough. It’s an incredible product! Highly recommend!

My top pick for allergies. The delivery isn’t easy. Place 1/4-1/2 inch inside nostril. Start breathing in through nose at low speed. Instantly apply tissue. I tilt my head forward and turn my head slowly side to side. Bring head back up. Blow very gently. Repeat with other nostril. I use in the morning and it lasts for hours.

I have had difficulty breathing through my right sinus for years and refused to use sprays that are medicated. I started using this saline spray regularly and haven't had any problems since. What could be more natural and chemical free than saline? I use it as often as I want, and I love the new nozzle. It delivers a heavier mist that penetrates further up my nostril. After about a minute I blow my nose, and I am good to go with no congestion.

Never realized how dehydrated I was until I felt the luke warm mist reanimate the inner lining of my nasal passages. Oddly felt like I could see better too.. o.o I don't even have allergies, just struggling with post nasal drip so I used this as an irrigator.

This product is so gentle! There is absolutely no burning for me, which I experienced with the Neil med saline packets. It’s perfect to use anytime but especially wonderful after being exposed to allergens such as after an outdoor walk, being exposed to smoke, being out at a concert, or after cleaning the house..just in case any dust made its way to your nose. But it’s great to use every day in the morning and at night. Make it part of your routine!
