This pack is shrink wrapped. This a good price for a 3-pack which I can't find in other places. I paid almost 3x more for one at the pharmacy. This spray is in a can. It's not portable, but it seems to be more sanitary. You can't tell when you are down to the last drop like a spray bottle. I'd say use these at home and use the small spray bottles on the go.

I’ve had sinus issues my whole life. I’m 60 now and resigned to the fact that “it is what it is”. I e always used the saline bottles that you squeeze while you inhale. It’s frustrating. Then I decided to try this… WOW! I was beyond impressed! If I could give this 10 stars I would. The spray is powerful, but not painful. I literally felt the spray go all the way across my face (sinus) and I’d never felt that.. ever! I sprayed a tiny bit too much so it leaked into my throat but lesson learned. You don’t have to hold the button down for long. Yes.. it’s pricier than a generic saline squeeze bottle or pump, but a little goes a long way and it reaches the entire sinus. Since using this spray, my congestion has improved. My nose doesn’t run bone dry anymore. I honestly can’t say enough. It’s an incredible product! Highly recommend!

I’ve experienced severe sinus congestion for many years. My physician recommended I use a Neti-pot which I tried. If the water was not a perfect temperature, I often had « brain freeze » which was extremely uncomfortable. I tossed the Neti-pot and use this saline nasal mist exclusively morning and evening; it does a great job of clearing out my sinuses without being uncomfortable!

It did help to clear my nasal passages of the morning stuffiness. There is not an off taste from using it, and the ingredients are natural, so there are no harmful side effects. This will be in my list regularly when I have allergy and sinus issues.

My top pick for allergies. The delivery isn’t easy. Place 1/4-1/2 inch inside nostril. Start breathing in through nose at low speed. Instantly apply tissue. I tilt my head forward and turn my head slowly side to side. Bring head back up. Blow very gently. Repeat with other nostril. I use in the morning and it lasts for hours.

I have been using this product for years. I will not use anything else. I even got my husband to use it and he is picky. When you get a sinus headache or you want relief from a dry or congested nose this will help out so well. I keep a can in my medicine cabinet all the time.

I have used this for a few years. I have constant nasal drip and have a hard time sleeping. I use this every night. I spray this in my nose, blow my nose to try to clean it out. Then I use Nasonex and another nasal spray that starts with an I. Can't remember the name. I used all three at night and can usually sleep through the night through my nose. This is just saline water so can combine with other nasal sprays and can use it as often as you want. The 4.5 ounce can lasts a long time for me--over a month.

This is the only nasal spray I use. Non habit forming. I accidentally purchased this brand in the eucalyptus version once and it gave an instant burning sensation which I hated. Tossed it immediately and went back to my trusty affective pain free version. It works is all I can say and no odor tastes either.

This product does the job. I have used Ocean Spray but haven't been able to find it. This week, I have been suffering from a bad allergy act, so I tried this item for the first time and immediately noticed the difference. Highly recommend for people who suffer from allergies.

I didn't expect this to be that much different from other saline sprays, but boy, was I wrong! Two factors make this a far superior product, the mist and the baking soda. The pressurized can doses a mist of solution, ensuring that it is applied to your nasal passage and doesn't just run down the back of your throat. And the added baking soda makes it more soothing and less harsh. This has worked great on my congestion/allergies. Good size for the price, though I wouldn't mind a travel size for my purse.
