I can sleep much easier now, since using this easy-to-use spray. Many of my medications dry all my mucous membranes as a side effect, and using before bed keeps my nose moist overnight, I like that I can also use this spray to do what a Nettie Pot can without all the hassle or cleanup required! I make sure that I always have this nasal mist on hand!

Simply Saline, as implied, is a basic 3 percent saline solution. Most of the spray saline products are 1 percent saline. The delivery method, fine mist spray, is more effective at cleaning nasal tissue than the squirt products because the entire area is quickly filled when applied. It is effective although somewhat expensive compared to other sprays. I believe that you can use unlimited applications of the squirt product (1 percent), but I am not sure that you should apply extreme amounts of the 3 percent product -- probably does not cause any concern over saline intake, but I do not know. Most likely, less saline in several sprays than one chip. Bottom line: after using the product for a month or so, I decided to order three to keep on hand for future use and for other family members as needed. I do recommend use of the product.

Must to have product for the winter. Ok I could go stick my nose under the spigot and snort, but we all know this is preferred. Keeps my sinuses from drying out. Something very important if you have issues with allergies or sinusitis. Blown heat especially dries out the sinuses allowing infections to take hold more quickly and keeping them from healing. I use it daily as it has no adverse effects and helps to keep illness at bay.

This works fine but the nozzle sprays in a wider arc and the mist does not stop immediately upon releasing the valve. If I immediately pull it out, I get squirted in my face. Took a few times to get used to that. Other than that, the mist invades my nostrils very well. I have been using it every day as my sinuses felt so tight %26 dry and would bleed from chemo. Then, I was in hospital with an NG tube and felt like my nose would literally fall off; just shrivel up and let go from my head. It was insanely irritated. This so soothed the dryness and cleared the painful scabs and irritation from my nostril after the tube was removed. I recommend, just be wary of the overactive squirt.

The problem is with the dispenser. It's a metal canister which rules out seeing the contents. It was very difficult to get the spray to work and after a very few attempts, I gave up. What a waste of money. Pay close attention to how the product is dispensed' it makes a world of difference in how much of the product you actually get.

This pack is shrink wrapped. This a good price for a 3-pack which I can't find in other places. I paid almost 3x more for one at the pharmacy. This spray is in a can. It's not portable, but it seems to be more sanitary. You can't tell when you are down to the last drop like a spray bottle. I'd say use these at home and use the small spray bottles on the go.

This product works so good it is unbelievable! This stuff is miracle, I recommend this to anyone who has issues with their nose especially for those who are on oxygen or have stuff way up in your nose that won't come out when you blow it. It is so easy to use just follow the easy instructions and you will wish you knew about this stuff a lot sooner or maybe you already knew about the stuff and wishes you would have used it at that very time. Use it as often as you need to but I will say this, it does continue working for some time after using it the first time.

This product was well worth the money for me. I bought it after having dealt with a piece of potato peeling I had coughed up into my nasal cavity that had been there for several days and wouldn't dislodge and it was starting to reek havoc on my sinuses. It took a few sprays and intense, focused snorting to get that thing out but this product indeed helped flush it down. I was afraid of getting that sensation you get when you get water in your nose during swimming or something, but the saline solution is very mild and pleasant. I haven't had to use it since and it sits in my cabinet for the future if I ever need it. I highly recommend this product.

I love simply saline.I have been having crazy sinus congestion for a while.I tried simply saline and in a matter of days I could breathe again through my nose instead of breathing through my mouth.I will keep me an extra can for future congestion problems again.5 star product.No side effects.

The best product tonprevent head cold, nasal congestion. Used this 2 times a day since it was recommended by a surgeon general when she treated me for bronchitis and sinus infection. She was right. This is the only non medicine nasal spray that really works. You can't just use it AFTER you get a stuffy nose/cold. Instead, use it 2 times a day to PREVENT any issues. Love it and have recommended it to dozens of people. Cannot say enough good about this product.
