I purchased because of recurrent sinus infections and compared this one to the CVS brand that's like a squeeze bottle. This one is much better. Easier to use entire product without tilting upside down like a squeeze bottle. Overall formula is exactly the same and works as intended.

This works fine but the nozzle sprays in a wider arc and the mist does not stop immediately upon releasing the valve. If I immediately pull it out, I get squirted in my face. Took a few times to get used to that. Other than that, the mist invades my nostrils very well. I have been using it every day as my sinuses felt so tight %26 dry and would bleed from chemo. Then, I was in hospital with an NG tube and felt like my nose would literally fall off; just shrivel up and let go from my head. It was insanely irritated. This so soothed the dryness and cleared the painful scabs and irritation from my nostril after the tube was removed. I recommend, just be wary of the overactive squirt.

I use Simply Saline every night before bed. It is wonderful for clearing and cleaning nasal passages. I use a CPAP with a nasal only mask. Before I found this product I struggled with inability to breath through my nose and use the CPAP sleep treatment. Simply Saline has helped immensely!

This 3-pack is reasonably priced and the spray with the perfectly positioned nozzle & button keeps my sinus from drying out while also removing irritants! The spray does not sting when sprayed into my nostril unlike other brands. I keep a bottle on my bedside & keep another with me when I’m leaving home. The only problem is: place it safely standing up if you keep it in your purse or you could have moisture accumulating. Another good point: bottle is fully recyclable!

The best product tonprevent head cold, nasal congestion. Used this 2 times a day since it was recommended by a surgeon general when she treated me for bronchitis and sinus infection. She was right. This is the only non medicine nasal spray that really works. You can't just use it AFTER you get a stuffy nose/cold. Instead, use it 2 times a day to PREVENT any issues. Love it and have recommended it to dozens of people. Cannot say enough good about this product.

My top pick for allergies. The delivery isn’t easy. Place 1/4-1/2 inch inside nostril. Start breathing in through nose at low speed. Instantly apply tissue. I tilt my head forward and turn my head slowly side to side. Bring head back up. Blow very gently. Repeat with other nostril. I use in the morning and it lasts for hours.

Nothing wrong with the saline solution, but they've now gone with a non-directional squirter mechanism. No matter how far up your nose you stick it, you end up with saline squirting all over your face and into your eyes. I'll switch to Neil Med because they have a better delivery mechanism.

Usually I do not review items but this Nasal product is very impressive. There have been many I have tried and most are harsh and burn. This one is so gentle on the nasal lining and works on congestion. I have already bought more of it. It is also very convenient to use.

This is the only nasal spray I use. Non habit forming. I accidentally purchased this brand in the eucalyptus version once and it gave an instant burning sensation which I hated. Tossed it immediately and went back to my trusty affective pain free version. It works is all I can say and no odor tastes either.

This pack is shrink wrapped. This a good price for a 3-pack which I can't find in other places. I paid almost 3x more for one at the pharmacy. This spray is in a can. It's not portable, but it seems to be more sanitary. You can't tell when you are down to the last drop like a spray bottle. I'd say use these at home and use the small spray bottles on the go.
