At first I was like I'm never using this again but I did. Now I've started to mow my lawn again. I'm camping and doing things outdoors more often. Its does help.

It's so gentle and effective, it kept my nose moist and comfortable through the beginning of spring to this very day! I'll keep it as a staple in our house from now on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a free sample of ARM & HAMMER™ Simply Saline™ Instant Relief for Everyday Congestion and used it for the first time today. It was weird but not in a bad way. I am used to my neti pot, so this just felt much more medicinal, if that makes sense. But that was only during use not from the product itself. The product felt totally neutral and natural like my neti pot. Worked very well to help clean out my nose after spending all day digging in the dirt! I would totally recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to use a neti pot. My only complaint is the price point. I got this for free but looked to see how much it would cost me to replace, because I did like it. For the amount you get, it is a bit steep for me but that is just me. That is my only real complaint. Good ingredient list and easy to use and worked well, so... hahaha! Thanks!
