I have been using Simply Saline (the REAL Simply Saline) for years and have loved it - a gentle saline wash delivered with a strong, sanitary spray. What an unpleasant shock then, when I used my new can - a harsh, overwhelmingly salty assault on my nostrils. By putting baking soda in this product you have ruined it. I tastes terrible, is objectionably high in sodium, and no longer provides the comforting relief of the original product. What a disappointment. I have enthusiastically recommended it to my friends and my patients in the past - but no more. A cliche seems appropriate at this point, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I used to like this spray, but now it has a strong rubber smell to it. I'm allergic to rubber when it contacts me skin. Now I'm inhaling it right into my nose! You must have changed something this last year or so to cause the saline to take on a rubber smell. Please get rid of that! Then, you will be back to having a good product!

I was happy with the product, but after only two weeks the nozzle stopped working. Even though it was more expensive than some other products I went with it because I was raised on the Arm and Hammer name/reputation. Could not find any email where I could send a message about my displeasure with the can.
