Turns out this is easy to administer and it actually helps to clear clogged nostrils. It's pollen season in Florida and my sinuses have been unkind to me. After I tried this the pressure is relieved and I can breathe again! Just don't accidentally breathe in while doing it...that was a bit unpleasant. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My allergies are really bad in the spring I am always sneezing and constantly getting stuffy especially when someone is mowing their lawn. Since I have been using the simply saline nose mist I can breath outside a lot easier and be in a field of wild flowers with no issues. I can also go camping with my family and not hang out in the tent all day and I can also go hiking with them and I am able to breath the whole time we are out in the woods or on a nature trail. I have to stick up when I visit the US bc this is the only saline spray that has never burned my throat. Sprays don’t usually burn but every once in a while they run down my throat and I feel like it’s on fire. I’m talking plain saline, apparently, and I don’t understand it either. 2 problems are, 1. Make it more accessible overseas and 2. Make a travel size bc can’t bring in carry on. Also one bottle won’t so eat anymore/ is broken but still has liquid inside
