They taste exactly what you would think a multivitamin would taste like. The only real negative that I noticed was I had really bad gas after the first couple of days of taking it.

We haven't tried cutting it in half, as we don't want to jeopardize the structural integrity of the pill. Other than the size, my boyfriend says there's no after taste and he feels good. He's only been taking it for three weeks, but so far the multivitamin has been good to him.

He took these vitamins and notice that he has more energy and didn’t feel as tired as he use to be . He likes that they aren't that hard to swallow. He said they don’t have a bad taste . They don’t mess with his stomach and he has bad acid reflux, he take meds for and these vitamins don’t mess with it . He will continue to take them from now on because he likes the way it makes him feel .

I get twitches occasionally whenever I do extensive physical activities and it usually goes away after I drink some electrolyte. After I started to take these, within a month I started to get severe muscle spasms above my knee even if I don't do any physical activities for multiple days. At first, I thought it was because of magnesium deficiency or dehydration. Even after staying hydrated and taking a magnesium supplement, it didn't go away. I started to get suspicious and read some negative reviews about this product on several online shopping sites. I was shocked to learn that many others too had a similar experience after they started to take this product. Better stay away from this product if this happens to you and spread awareness.
