He had more energy and all around felt better. Its an easy pill to take and there is no after taste.This did not upset his stomach as sometimes these vitamins can. All around a great find for him!!

With that being said, I see no reason these shouldn't work. I have been taking them for a few days now and I do believe that they are helping some with energy. I assume it's the b12 in them which I hav taken before.
