Rainbow Light Men's One multivitamins contain super foods and probiotics which sets them apart from the usual multivitamin he takes. The only complaint is the large size. But that should be no problem for a man to swallow.

I get twitches occasionally whenever I do extensive physical activities and it usually goes away after I drink some electrolyte. After I started to take these, within a month I started to get severe muscle spasms above my knee even if I don't do any physical activities for multiple days. At first, I thought it was because of magnesium deficiency or dehydration. Even after staying hydrated and taking a magnesium supplement, it didn't go away. I started to get suspicious and read some negative reviews about this product on several online shopping sites. I was shocked to learn that many others too had a similar experience after they started to take this product. Better stay away from this product if this happens to you and spread awareness.
