He has previously tried several multivitamins, but he always has the same complaints. They are either too big or they leave a bad taste. He has not had that issue with these though.

These are pretty easy to swallow, no need to cut in two. It’s a hard pill, not a capsule with powder in it. They do have a strong smell, but that’s easy to get over. Sometimes, I leave them out overnight on the stove so that it’s not strong when I go to take it in the morning with my coffee.

I just started taking them, and definitely felt a change in energy. I work at Night so it helped to stay more alert while cleaning. So great Job!

He has a hard time taking anything overly large and the small ones he always drops. There is no aftertaste and he feels like they have already made a difference in such a short time. I love the fact they are easy to digest and don’t cause me a stomach ache which some vitamins do.They are packed with a good variety of vitamins and all natural including probiotics and enzymes. It’s important and I’m so glad they do include a lot of immune boosting vitamins like vitamin C and zinc and other superfoods especially this time of year. They also have vitamin B’s for energy another thing that we all need more of. All in all this is a really good vitamin that is packed with a lot of essential vitamins and probiotics!
