I love the fact they are easy to digest and don’t cause me a stomach ache which some vitamins do.They are packed with a good variety of vitamins and all natural including probiotics and enzymes. It’s important and I’m so glad they do include a lot of immune boosting vitamins like vitamin C and zinc and other superfoods especially this time of year. They also have vitamin B’s for energy another thing that we all need more of. All in all this is a really good vitamin that is packed with a lot of essential vitamins and probiotics!

With just one tablet a day you are off to a healthy start. They are vegetarian, gluten free and promote energy. They dont taste as bad when eaten with food or drink and are easy to drink and digest.

I was wanting a good multivitamin that he could take and get all the supplemental vitamins and minerals that he needs especially the ones that I know he's not getting ENOUGH of through his diet. I came across these and decided why not. I love that they're non GMO. He just fills up his weekly pill box with all his normal meds he takes on a daily basis and adds one of these to each day. They have all the vitamins he needs and he has no complaint.

I don’t have an issue taking pills so the size wouldn’t he and issue for me, but he does say they’re a little hard to swallow. He also says that if he burps shortly after taking them it tastes gross. I told him that’s probably likely to happen with any vitamin in tablet form. He DOES say that even in the one week, he has noticeably more energy and just feels better altogether. The list of ingredients was impressive to both of us and we are overall glad we chose these vitamins over the other tablet and chewable options.
