I have been on the hunt for a great multivitamin for my husband. The contains all of the necessary, effective and beneficial ingredients needed In a supplement. My husband has high blood pressure and type 1 diabetes so his supplements needed to contain key ingredients and low sugar. These one per day tablets contain vital ingredients such as beets, ginger and sever other superfoods just to name a few. Shortly after consumption his urine is bright yellow, as the supplements pass though his body. He absolutely loves it and taking the pills is easy. I recommend drinking adequate water and the labeling says to take with a meal. The packaging and instructions are easy to follow.

It's sugguested you take one a day with or between meals. It contains superfruits that helps promotos energry and the immune system as well as other bodily systems. He did noticed slight boost in energy after day 3.

This supplement is Non-GMO Project Verified, vegetarian, and gluten free. One pill a day is taken with or in between meals. My husband is used to taken supplements. I think the pill is a bit on the larger side, but he has no problem taking them. He doesn't experience any stomach upset or aftertaste from them. He likes that they have more than 100% of the B vitamins like 417% B12 and 1538% B2, which are supposed to help with energy. This vitamin supplement also contains a superfood blend, men's vitality blend, and digestive blend with fruits, veggies, herbs, pre and probiotics, etc. My husband feels this supplement really gives him a full range of nutritional support in just one pill. He will continue to take it daily. Not an issue, just note that this product will make your urine a bright yellow green.
