Compared to my other daily multi vitamin, this one does make me feel a little more energized like i just drank a cup of tea. I like it and will continue to use it from now on. I would recommend this.

It has everything an adult male needs, without any added junk he doesn't need. He just pops a vitamin and goes about his day knowing he is getting what he needs despite what the day brings him.
