To my surprise, he has taken it every day since, without me asking. He takes them at night, and has more energy in the morning. Nice to see a good product in the market, that works.

It has everything an adult male needs, without any added junk he doesn't need. He just pops a vitamin and goes about his day knowing he is getting what he needs despite what the day brings him.

The Multi-Vitamin contains fruits, vegetables plus probiotics. Besides the obvious good features, it has the advantage of only taking one Multi-vitamin per day. And the other plus, is that it has no after-taste whatsoever.
