It’s also great that they contain superfoods and probiotics as well as being non GMO verified. The tablets are easy to take. As an added plus I appreciate that the packaging is made from 100% recycled materials.

After reading the container though, he was not enthused. For the price of these multivitamins, they should be FDA approved and you should have a guarantee that they're going to work as described. They of course don't. They're no different than any other One A Day Men's multivitamins. Even the larger size still applies. Yea, the green lid and bottle make them look more appealing in some instances, but to my husband and I, it's the actually product claims and proof of those claims that matter. You don't get that here.

He has more energy than. he did. The one thing he doesnot like is the size of the pill he says they are to big. Other than that no problem. I would recommend.

After taking for a couple weeks, I can probably say I notice an overall improvement in my health, albeit not a large one. Interested to see how I will feel after a few months.
