I love the fact they are easy to digest and don’t cause me a stomach ache which some vitamins do.They are packed with a good variety of vitamins and all natural including probiotics and enzymes. It’s important and I’m so glad they do include a lot of immune boosting vitamins like vitamin C and zinc and other superfoods especially this time of year. They also have vitamin B’s for energy another thing that we all need more of. All in all this is a really good vitamin that is packed with a lot of essential vitamins and probiotics!

I really like that it contains a probiotic as I think this is important in overall health. I don't have any nasty aftertaste after taking.

My husband has been taking these for about a week, so there's no known change yet. However, I will say he specifically said (as with most vitamins) to drink with an entire glass of water, if you don't want to feel sick. Other than that, no negatives!

This supplement is Non-GMO Project Verified, vegetarian, and gluten free. One pill a day is taken with or in between meals. My husband is used to taken supplements. I think the pill is a bit on the larger side, but he has no problem taking them. He doesn't experience any stomach upset or aftertaste from them. He likes that they have more than 100% of the B vitamins like 417% B12 and 1538% B2, which are supposed to help with energy. This vitamin supplement also contains a superfood blend, men's vitality blend, and digestive blend with fruits, veggies, herbs, pre and probiotics, etc. My husband feels this supplement really gives him a full range of nutritional support in just one pill. He will continue to take it daily. Not an issue, just note that this product will make your urine a bright yellow green.

Having taken this a little more than two weeks as a supplement I can say that energy level seems to have improved. While a bit large at just more than 1/2 an inch long, it is swallowable without issue. Simple bottle design with more than helpful information is easy to read and understand what you are getting out of each pill.

Compared to my other daily multi vitamin, this one does make me feel a little more energized like i just drank a cup of tea. I like it and will continue to use it from now on. What I can tell you is that they include pretty much everything you could ever wish for concerning a vitamin. What I don’t like is the taste/smell - it’s natural, but kind of hard to swallow. The vitamins are pretty big too, so if you have difficulties taking pills, these might not be for you.
