[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried out a lot of different kinds of men's multi-vitamins in the past, and this is one of my favorites. Given the current times, I feel that it's extremely important to keep up on important vitamin levels. Each tablet in Rainbow Light's High Potency Multivitamin packs a punch. It has an incredible variety and volume of vitamins in addition to superfoods and probiotics. Gatro health is extremely important as well, so I love having everything packed into one tablet. The tablets are on the larger size and I typically prefer a capsule, but you only have to take one per day. With 75 tablets in the bottle that I have, I won't have to bet more for 2 1/2 months! In addition to all of this, these are vegetarian and gluten-free. This is an incredible value in my opinion and provides quite the punch for a multi-vitamin. I'm so glad that I've found this product and plan to continue buying these in the future.

The other hard multivitamins He’s had, always upset his stomach. These on the other had, have no ill effects whatsoever!! Great multivitamin, especially for the price and it being natural. It is very important to me to take care of myself and the environment. I have been taking the the Men's One Vitamins for about 2 weeks and I like how I have been able to downsize my pill quality. I used to take a multi vitamin and probiotic.now it is all in this pill. I seem to have more energy. The packaging in itself is awesome it is 100% recycled and tree free and the bottle is out of limestone. Very impressive. So you actually can feel good about feeling good and taking care of yourself. It has superfoods and probiotics in this multivitamin. So definitely a win win. I have found that with orange juice there really is not an aftertaste. I keep them in my refrigerator. They contain multiple servings of vitamins that he needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle as he gets older. He said he feels more youthful and vibrant and the taste of the vitamins make them easier to take and keep using. We'll definitely be sticking with these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and smell of these vitamins is quite off putting. They smell like my guinea pig food pellets, and don't taste much better. My husband has been taking these for about a week, so there's no known change yet. However, I will say he specifically said (as with most vitamins) to drink with an entire glass of water, if you don't want to feel sick. Other than that, no negatives!

It has a lot of beneficial vitamins in it. One thing about multi-vitamins is they can get you bound up and cause problems going to the bathroom, this does not do that.
