These vitamins work better than the ones he was taking, he has noticed that he doesn't take nightly naps while watching tv since he started taking these. Which means I don't have to listen to his snoring while watching some of my favorite programs. I like that he's taking this vitamin because it has a superfood blend that is organic and a men's vitality blend, plus digestive support. This is by far a much better vitamin that he will continue to take.
