The are not just your average multivitamin, the also contain probiotics plus some superfood vegetables. I really like that you get all that in just one pill instead of having to take multiple pills.

They are smaller than the vitamin that starts with a c which is easier to get down and on the plus side it seemed to have a coating on it to help get it down. Love that it has a probiotic included with it. It beats having to take a separate probiotic.

It contains all the vitamins and minerals I look for when purchasing a supplement. I like that this is a vegetarian tablet and that it is not too large. They are easy to swallow and you only need to take one a day. One of the main plus's for me was the probiotics contained in this product. It makes me feel even better about taking it. The bottle is also clear with information and easy to open even though it is childproof. I would recommend this product.
