However, with the good does come the bad, the pill was a little on the large side and had a minor unpleasant after taste. With just one tablet a day you are off to a healthy start. They are vegetarian, gluten free and promote energy. They dont taste as bad when eaten with food or drink and are easy to drink and digest.

We haven't tried cutting it in half, as we don't want to jeopardize the structural integrity of the pill. Other than the size, my boyfriend says there's no after taste and he feels good. He's only been taking it for three weeks, but so far the multivitamin has been good to him.

We appreciate the Men's One since you only have to take 1 a day vs. 3 or 4 like with other varieties. You can not go wrong when it comes to the ingredients that they use which is actual food! I try to explain to friends/family that they're just wasting their money with other types of vitamins even tho they are cheaper. It's 100% worth it to spend a little extra to get REAL fruits and vegetables (and superfoods!!) in your vitamins.
