It is very important to me to take care of myself and the environment. I have been taking the the Men's One Vitamins for about 2 weeks and I like how I have been able to downsize my pill quality. I used to take a multi vitamin and probiotic.now it is all in this pill. I seem to have more energy. The packaging in itself is awesome it is 100% recycled and tree free and the bottle is out of limestone. Very impressive. So you actually can feel good about feeling good and taking care of yourself. It has superfoods and probiotics in this multivitamin. So definitely a win win. I have found that with orange juice there really is not an aftertaste. I keep them in my refrigerator. We appreciate the Men's One since you only have to take 1 a day vs. 3 or 4 like with other varieties. You can not go wrong when it comes to the ingredients that they use which is actual food! I try to explain to friends/family that they're just wasting their money with other types of vitamins even tho they are cheaper. It's 100% worth it to spend a little extra to get REAL fruits and vegetables (and superfoods!!) in your vitamins. We also love that these Men's One High Potency Multivitamins are Non-GMO, vegetarian, gluten free, and certified raw!

I am happy to report that this vitamin has got him off to work in better mood too. He says he feels like his performance is better and that he doesn’t seem to lose all of his strength half way through the day like before. He likes them!!
